DART Helicopter Services announced today that its affiliated partner,
DART Aerospace Ltd., has updated its Transport Canada and EASA
approvals to add the D412-709-021/-023 Hinge Panel Door Push-Out Window
Modification Kit and Hinge Panel Door Replacement Push-Out Window Kit.
An application has been made to update the FAA STC, which currently
approves the Escape Panel Modification, Cargo Door Push-Out Window Kits
and Hinge Panel Window Modification Kits, to add the new kits to the
approval.

The DART kits convert a Bell 205-030-285-001/-002 window or DART
D412-709-015 window to a push out window.  The modified hinge panel
windows can be pushed out to facilitate passenger egress.  When
installed in conjunction with the DART Escape Panel Modification Kit,
the DART kits enhance passenger safety by converting all cargo area
windows to push-out windows.

Bill Beckett, General Manager of Dart, noted that "The rapid
development of this new product is an example of how close teamwork
between ourselves, DHS and the customer can produce winning results."
