Heli Jet Show Cannes Launches its Inaugural Event - Posted on on Saturday, April 15, 18:09 GMT
Civil Industry News
Three unforgettable days in September 2006 (23rd-25th) for the business travel executives! At a time when business aviation is experiencing exceptional growth both in the manufacturing and sales markets and in the rental and multiple-ownership sectors, NLC Events, specialist in the organization of professional trade shows, is launching the first-ever event entirely dedicated to a means of transport synonymous with work instrument.

Heli Jet Show Cannes is a true meeting place for the business aviation industrial partners and executives, manufacturers, airlines, fractional aircraft ownership and block-hour charter programs, charter companies for jets, helicopters, limousines, and yachts with helipads, together with all the accompanying services for these specifically targeted activities.

"The increasing need of the major heads of industry to make their travels more cost effective in an international context where time is of the essence has incited us to organize this private trade show," explains Alain Inard, President of NLC Events and General Director of Heli Jet Show. "It will be wholly dedicated to new contacts and professional encounters." The concept thought out by NLC Events was to organize a one-of-a-kind event dedicated wholly to professionals and
decision-makers in the sector.

The Palais des Festivals & des Congres in Cannes, which will be at the heart of the Heli Jet Show activities, will welcome visitors during the 3-day event in private meeting spaces (the Riviera Space). Via a shuttle system insuring the top levels of security (helicopter and limousine), visitors will be able to travel to the Cannes-Mandelieu and Nice Cote d’Azur Airports, which will also be hosting the event.  Here, visitors can see product exhibitions and also ground and air demonstrations for the aircraft.

"It quickly became obvious to us that Cannes was the only possible place for our event," said Alain Inard.  "Not only is the city well known as a prestigious and mythical place, it is also at the heart of extremely dynamic economic development in Europe, along with being a major destination for business tourism." The Cannes Mandelieu Airport is also the perfect place for VIP activities. It should be noted that the airport received the 2005 European Business Aviation Award from EBAA, in recognition of the quality of its services and its environmental policies.

What's the recipe for the success of Heli Jet Show Cannes? A high-octane mixture of professionals and decision-makers from a major market that is on the rise – all meeting at one unique and exceptional site. Take-off scheduled for 23 September 2006 in Cannes. Contact at Heli Jet Show Cannes offices: contact@nlcevents.com
