Dear All,

I haven't posted for a while but just thought I'd ask....

The Company I work for is about to undertake a huge charity event in the South West of the UK on 21st March 2010. The plan is for 45 teams of people to walk the entire South West Costal path in ONE DAY, that's 633 miles!

This has never been undertaken by one group in one day before. The hope is that the teams will raise 25,000 for Macmillan Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Care.

So why am I posting this? I would love to be able to obtain aerial photos of each of the teams (holding banners and dressed in pink!) around the coastline on this day (weather permitting) but have no experience of aerial photo work. Also, as it's a charity event, I am looking to do this at miminal cost . If anyone can provide any help or advice (or an aircraft!), I'd be very glad to hear from you! Thanks in anticipation.

JBL - I would really love to help you out, and this walk would be just so amazing! This is one of my fave charities. BUT!!! Unfortunately, me and blme work weekends! However, I would like to say that I ALWAYS support the MacMillan Cancer Care - have known close friends and their families who have relied on these wonderful nurses.

Can I pledge a donation seeing as we can't do the walk? PM me.

Thanks Catwoman, PM on it's way.

Looks unlikely now that Hughes500 will be able to assist as the date clashes with other commitments. So if anyone else feels able to spare an hour or so to take a couple of shots of any of the teams round the South West pennisular, pm me and I'll let you have the details! Thanks

If anyone has a machine I am rated on I'll fly it for free if it helps and I realistically get to it.

Thanks for the very kind offer. Will drop you a PM.

So, looks like I have a pilot and potentially someone who can take photos, just need a machine now!

Happy to pay cost of fuel and landing fees if anyone can help!
